 TIDPL having own setup of various machines and Equipment for installing pipe lines and telecom network Setup.


HDD Machines:- Horizontal Direction Drilling machine  is used for installing infrastructure such as telecommunications and power cable conduits, water lines, sewer lines, gas lines, oil lines, product pipelines, and environmental remediation casings. It is used for crossing waterways, roadways, shore approaches, congested areas, environmentally sensitive areas, and areas where other methods are costlier or not possible. It is used instead of other techniques to provide less traffic disruption, lower cost, deeper and/or longer installation, no access pit, shorter completion times, directional capabilities, and environmental safety. we are experienced and capable of, upto 12 inch dia , pipe laying through HDD method.

We have set up of Various type of HDD machines as per required in projects:- DITCH WITCH JT1720 MACH-I , Vermeer AE2440 , Drillto ZT-18 , Drillto ZT-15L , Drillto ZT-25L.

DigiTrak:- Digitrak used to locate pilot Head of HDD machines.  We are using latest technology F series Digitrak like F5 , F2 and SE . Our Drill Engineers are expert to use all latest technology equipment for quality work .

Portable Air Compressor:- We are using Chicago Pneumatics Air Compressor and Atlas Capco Portable Air Compressor for Air Testing and Optical Fiber Cable laying work. Our Machinery is in perfect condition to work with belowing machines to below ofc 1 km or more distance in one shot.

Fiber Cable Belowing Machine:-The cable blowing machine is designed for blowing or floating Telecommunication Cables to provide an effective and safe method of installation into pre-installed ducts. The system operates on the viscous drag principle employing compressed air to install the cable, controlled and assisted by the belt drive system

Hydraulic Power Pack:- we are using Hydraulic Power Pack with Honda Engine 7 H.P. and all accessories like pump with tank capacity 35 ltrs (approx). Filter, Return Line Filter, Pressure Relief Valve, Pressure Gauge along with Hydraulic Hoses etc

Splicing Machine:-  splicing is the act of joining two optical fibers end-to-end using heat. The goal is to fuse the two fibers together in such a way that light passing through the fibers is not scattered or reflected back by the splice, and so that the splice and the region surrounding it are almost as strong as the virgin fiber itself. The source of heat is usually an electric arc, but can also be a laser, or a gas flame, or a tungsten filament through which current is passed. We , TIDPL, have very skilled staff for splicing of fiber at zero losses

Optical time-domain reflectometer (OTDR):- 

An OTDR may be used for estimating the fiber length and overall attenuation, including splice and mated-connector losses. It may also be used to locate faults, such as breaks, and to measure optical return loss. To measure the attenuation of multiple fibers, it is advisable to test from each end and then average the results, however this considerable extra work is contrary to the common claim that testing can be performed from only one end of the fiber.

In addition to required specialized optics and electronics, OTDRs have significant computing ability and a graphical display, so they may provide significant test automation. However, proper instrument operation and interpretation of an OTDR trace still requires special technical training and experience.
